Does your team want to have its own fundraiser? 

Approval by HRHS Administration is required ahead of time.

Please fill out the Fundraiser Request form completely.  The form MUST be signed by the coach and given to Mr. Seid.  It can be dropped off to his office or by emailing it to aseid@hr-k12.org.
